    <description>&lt;P&gt;The thing has now woken up and I can access it - no idea why it occurred or why I now have access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There were a batch of log entries at 11.11 then 12.57-13.01.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;12:58:20, 21 Oct.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;System restart, reason: Unknown&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; followed by the usual requests&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Being somewhat flippant maybe I upset the system with my 12.55 rant about MyBT&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to access smart hub</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My connection has just dropped and the hub rebooted itself but I cannot access it using 192.168.1.254 by wireless or cable , surfing and speeds are fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I presume that I may need to do a factory reset probably but should I leave it for a day or two just in case DLM misinterprets things.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
