I am building a small block of flats

I want to future proof them as in 2026 FTTP will be available.

The OpenReach will come in the front under the post box.

Can you please advise what cabling should I run inside the building from the postbox to each flat. Is it EZBend optical fibre.

do I need to terminate the ends of the fibre cable at each end? Or just leave it hanging for when the OpenReach arrives?
