FTTP IPv6 Issue

Hello.

I upgraded from FTTC to FTTP a few months ago. My FTTC connection had IPv6 active, but it never had IPv6 when I switched over to FTTP.

My hub, which is the BT hub, has IPv6 enabled in the advanced settings, but it states that the IPv6 network status is disabled. The test-ipv6.com website also gives a 0/10 score stating that I do not have an IPv6 address.

Hi @DarranRowe, sorry you can't get an IPV6 connection.

@DarranRowe Thanks for confirming this is now resolved. For the wider community, there was a configuration issue on the multi service edge router that was resolved by our network team.
