      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the exact same issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;turned off&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rest&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;factory reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;only seems to have happend since a software update&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks like my previous answer was deleted for some reason&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hub is fine and fttp is fine on wired connections&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wi-Fi drops out and hun stays blue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tested line and it’s all good&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this literally is the bt hub giving issues with smart scan!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now invested in a mesh system for a more reliable Wi-Fi solution as the bt hub is just terrible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mesh network now set up&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no issues with dropping Wi-Fi &amp;nbsp;which evidences that the bt router is faulty&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried to contact Bt however after 3 hours of waiting twice I gave up &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;speeds increased also around house with mesh&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;shocking bt hub problems that I can never talk to anyone to sort out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
