FTTP upload stuck at 20mb

Hi,

I recently upgraded to full fibre and while I am receiving my download of ~900mb my upload is stuck at 20mb, As per other forum posts I have waited 3 days since upgrade with no change. I also factory reset my smart hub which temporarily set my upload to 50mb however it has since reverted to ~20mb. Is it possible to get assistance with this?

Hi @aclough41, Thanks for posting and welcome to the community, I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with the upload speed after upgrading to full fibre. An automatic update should have happened shortly after the order completed to adjust the upload profile on your hub. Your factory reset is why it happened. It will happen every time you perfom one.
