      <description>&lt;P&gt;With any service, the problem could be located on something that is affecting just you , or could be on a common part of the network and affecting more than just yourself .&lt;BR /&gt;If you have reported your issue , then you could enquire with your supplier rather than waiting for them to contact you , if your fault has been acknowledged, irrespective of it being local to just your service or more widespread, after 2 working days compensation becomes due , that in itself is the incentive for your service to be fixed quickly, but depending on what the fault is and where it’s located, it may not be a quick fix…..if you are part of a major outage affecting many people , it probably won’t be necessary for you to get an individual visit , the service may simply appear to just ‘ reconnect’ , but it’s a consequence of work unseen by you being done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
