&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry you're having connection issues. Can you give us more detail on the issues you're seeing. Do the hub lights change when the connection drops? Is this a wireless or wired problem?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Rang bt today. Very nice young lady checked everything but found nothing. Connection came up then after a while it went again and is still down. Have checked hub and reset but no luck . Still down. Will probably end up changing supplier&lt;/P&gt;</description>
