Broadband returns pack

I've not been sent a returns pack and the email says to order one through MyBT but there is no obvious link to order one and the search facility doesn't appear to do anything.. Any ideas other than sitting on the phone for half an hour?

Hi @NigelB72, you should've automatically been sent one to return equipment when it was replaced. It would usually arrive within 10 days of the order.

If it's longer than 10 days since you made any changes I'll send you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll order one for you.
