    <description>&lt;P&gt;im on fibre halo 3,&amp;nbsp; i use a phone line and no noise on line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;theres been no disconnecting today as far as i know&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a download of 13mb and 1.85 download today, on sunday it was 0.36 and 2&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;internet keeps dropping and router keeps restarting. they keep saying fault fixed then day or so later its doing it again. done a speed test and was 0.36 download and 2 upload. think its time to change to vigin as this is happening too often&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting, sorry you're having problems. Can you give us more details? Are you on ADSL or Fibre? Do you use the phone line? Can you check for noise on the line by dialing 17070? Give us as much detail as possible and we'll do our best to help.&lt;/P&gt;
