    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not a question - just to post that installation went well apart from 2 hiccups.&amp;nbsp; Installed by contractor&amp;nbsp; - worked well (bb and 'phone) for about 2 minutes, then solid orange light on hub came on.&amp;nbsp; Engineer said it would take time to settle down and restore, so he left.&amp;nbsp; It didn't.&amp;nbsp; Reported to BT who were very efficient in sending OR engineer next day, found fault in an internal joint, so quickly sorted.&amp;nbsp; Other issue - as expected - the DVA that I had ordered did not work for us - stone and brick walls between the SH2 and the 'phone.&amp;nbsp; I had to relocate the SH2 to the room with the 'phone via an ethernet cable that I had previously installed.&amp;nbsp; I will have to install another cable between both rooms to re-instate my full internet network.&amp;nbsp; Overall, relatively smooth process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
