Sorry that this has been asked before, just need contact details to get the fibre and ont moved.

Previous owner of the house I've moved into thought the middle of the dining room was best, sigh.

Tried going through bt tech support, but just end up in a loop where I get cut off and sent texts to test the line.

Both replies useful, just need to know who to contact, cost is acceptable, can't use an extender kit as there's no route upstairs.

I am sorry for the problems getting in touch to arrange to move your ONT. The number for the helpdesk is 0330 1234 150. We are extremely busy at present and it'll take us a few days to get round to picking up your case. Do you want to try my colleague to see if you can get this arranged? This would be quicker than having to wait the extra days for us.

Post back and let me know please. If you continue to have problems I'll reply with steps on how you can send over your details from here.

Hi, that's the number I've been trying for days and I never get an answer, just automated responses followed by being cut off,
