&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the recent broadband downtime. &amp;nbsp;Have you tried giving our guides a shout in the helpdesk on 0330 1234 150? &amp;nbsp;You will be entitled to compensation if there is a delay repairing the fault. &amp;nbsp;See here for full info: &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/account-and-billing/automatic-compensation" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Automatic compensation - BT&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Length of time before refund?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After little over months mt fibre has completely stopped working, i have followed all guidance and requested a technician to sort the problem to absolutely nothing with regards of a resolution to solving the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At what point is a subsidised rate or refund for lack of services applicable?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
