Installation Engineer Visit - status provisional

I changed the proposed date of my lnstallation Engineer Visit to tomorrow 4th December. It has been showing as a provisional only date in the status for over a week now. Anything I can do to get confirmation. I have taken the day off work - not just for this I should add, but it'll be a real pain if it doesn't happen.

Hi @BJ2023, sorry you didn't get confirmation of the appointment change.
It sounds like the change hasn't gone ahead so I would suggest you call in to check. It may need a new appointment booked. I'll send you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team for help with this if needed. We are quite busy at the moment so it will take a few days to get back to you.
