We haven't had a response in nearly a month despite emails to the below and multiple chats to customer services who say they are unable to contact these teams

saferbrowsing@bt.com

abuse@bt.com

phishing@bt.com

We believe our site to have been wrongly classified and have requested a review.

Hi @DanielWilkinson, sorry you never received a reply from your previous emails. The Categorisation email provided by @Keith_Beddoe above is the correct email address for your query.
They will be in touch with you to resolve this.

I've got a problem with BT Parental Controls | BT Help section "A site is being blocked incorrectly by BT Parental Controls. How can I report this?"

They ask for the below information:

If you don't think a site should be blocked, you can let us know by emailing categorisation@bt.com.

We need to know:

The URL (website address) of the site you believe is being incorrectly blocked
The URL (website address) of the page you're sent to, that informs you the site you're trying to visit is blocked
Your BT account number
Your current IP address. You can find this out by going to www.whatsmyip.org >
