Folks

I've done a factory reset on the Smart Hub 2. However it's now just a solid orange light.

Any ideas how to get it back running again?

The worst thing is, I've no mobile signal at home. I'm currently up a hill near my house to post this!

If it is flashing orange it means it is trying to connect to the Internet, a solid orange means it can not connected to the Internet. Normally it should only take a few minutes to re establish the connection after the factory reset.

See link

Why did you carry out the factory reset, was there a problem?

Thanks but got sorted. When I reset I took out all the cables.

When I rang BT they told me the red cable (LAN?) had to be in slot four.

Thanks for taking time to reply.
