The data used by the mini hub is entirely independent of your mobile contract.

Unlimited EE mobile data when BT internet fails

I have BT G.Fast and an EE mobile account. I used to have a BT mobile on my BT broadband account and, with Halo 3, I would have been allowed unlimited mobile data in the event of a broadband failure. I now have broadband failure (may be no coincidence that there is a horrendous storm atm) and BT are sending me a Mini Hub. I was “encouraged” by BT to move to EE mobile. My question: am I entitled to unlimited EE mobile data until the fault is fixed, as I would have been had I stayed with BT? I guess not. Think carefully before you give up your BT mobile!

To be clear:

I know that and understand it completely.

It is Saturday evening and I will not get the MH until Monday.

Repeating … when I had. BT mobile, Halo 3 provided for unlimited data to be switched on on my mobile in this situation, independent of anything to do with the MH.

Will I get unlimited data switched on on my EE mobile, independently of anything to do with the MH, as I would had I kept my mobile with BT?
