I’ve been without full fibre since yesterday (which stopped suddenly) which I require for work. An open reach engineer is scheduled for Tuesday (4 days). Tried to speak to someone to help at BT but zero help apart from trying to sell me Halo product for future losses of connectivity.

The PON is solid red. I’ve done both power down cycle options but not worked.

the option to check if there are issues in my area is unavailable.

essentially does anyone have any way of fixing this? BT have been useless.

You can’t fix it yourself. It’s a break in the fibre somewhere.

Nothing you can do, apart from wait until Openreach visit. The attendance time is correct for a residential contract.
