I was wondering why I experienced an outage, considering we have FTTP and live underground. However, I noticed that there wasn't significant shielding around the cable when it was laid under my garden.</P><P>Is it worth calling BT? It seems to happen every time there's heavy rain, especially during thunderstorms.
