      <description>&lt;P&gt;1st Jan 24 - Anyone having internet issues in Skipton, Broughton Rd / Morrison’s area ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 other residents in my apartment block also have no internet. I have a spare router, my hardware is fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/326046"&gt;@Martin26&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This sounds like an MSO (Major Service Outage).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can do some diagnostics by clicking &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/report-and-track-your-bt-problem" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This will tell you if any fault has been found and if you require an engineer etc.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
