1st Jan 24 - Anyone having internet issues in Skipton, Broughton Rd / Morrison’s area ?

4 other residents in my apartment block also have no internet. I have a spare router, my hardware is fine.

This sounds like an MSO (Major Service Outage).

You can do some diagnostics by clicking HERE.

This will tell you if any fault has been found and if you require an engineer etc.

Not a problem! Did the diagnostics show as an MSO? If so did it say the exacted time frame was to resolve?

Yes it did, by 5pm on the 2nd Jan
