Fibre Cable to run - Flat to Cupboard

People, what is the minimum fibre cable that needs to be run from each flat to the cupboard where BT can then split

This is for independent internet to a block of 5 flats each

Is 2 core fibre enough?

As its Openreach that provide the external network, you need to look at this site.

All the installation guides can be found there, and you can register your project and get advice.

BT Retail has no connection with Openreach, who provide the network for many providers.
