    <description>&lt;P&gt;do you have a working home phone and not on digital voice?&amp;nbsp; if you do try dialing 17070 option 2 should be silent any noise is a problem and needs reporting to 151&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;have you tried changing the cables in case faulty.&amp;nbsp; have you tried using the test socket with old style filter to see if that solves the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Internet has dropped 19 times today. I used the Help bit, says line ok and reset. Dropped again. Colours on the hub do change so doesn't stay blue. I haven't moved this since it was installed and haven't added anything else to it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
