    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Keith,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its normally connected 24/7 and has been since full fibre install on 9th, i only disconnected this morning for around 5 minutes to test the PPOE connection to the ONT,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you did not say if you had changed ethernet cable and made sure it is cat 5E or better&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi sorry,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's cat 6 cable, i have tried multiple different cat 6 cables between router and laptop, with same result&lt;BR /&gt;when i did the PPOE test i used the same cable being used between the ONT and WAN port on the router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sam&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The Smart Hub 2 has an upload limit of 20Mbs, until a configuration change is sent to it by the BT management system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This can take a couple of days, but you &lt;STRONG&gt;must&lt;/STRONG&gt; leave the hub connected to the ONT all of the time, otherwise it will not see the config change.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If after three days of continuous connection, the upload does not change, then a moderator can be asked to assist, as there may be a data mismatch against the hub serial number.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I am really glad I could help you get this sorted.&amp;nbsp; There was a profile mismatch in the background which was the reason why you weren't seeing the full upload speed on your package.&amp;nbsp; I have sorted that now and I am pleased you're enjoying the upload speed in line with your Fibre 900 package.&lt;/P&gt;
