Connection keeps slowing down at random times and dropping out.

The slowdown makes any activity unbearable, usually a simple speedtest can fail.

Ping is usually about 700-70ms. Naturally even after explaining that I have a PC connected to the hub as well, they still blamed it on wifi congestion like that means anything. An expert visited us today, I explained everything to him, he said it's the wifi congestion, performed a factory reset and left. He also said he left the issue open and that they will contact us about it.

My question is, is there any possibility for a proper engineer to come visit and fix this mess? Who should I talk about this?

The router light changes colors rapidly to orange and back to blue but this does not happen always when the internet drops out or slows down. I have tried everything to make the connection more stable to no avail.
