My line keeps losing connection despite openreach “changing the ports” at the cabinet

The speed is always good as is the WiFi connection, I did post details of the log in another customers post who was having the same issue but no suggestions came back, hoping someone might be able to help before I have to call up

thanks

Search Rein and Shine , do you have any electrical devices that switch on or off at the same time your connection disconnects, things like central heating pumps that are poorly electrically suppressed can cause ADSL/VDSL broadband lines to disconnect, although probably not an issue in February, Christmas time lights can also be a source of this type of interference.

Thanks for that info, heating/boiler isn’t active on a lot of occasions when this happens.
