      <title>Broadband failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our broadband quite on 2 Feb 24 so we lost the telephone as well.&amp;nbsp; We have a BT Hybrid Hub which has taken over as far as the broadband is concerned, but the telephone is still disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reported the fault via My BT and got a message to say it would be fixed by "the end of the day on 8th February".&amp;nbsp; IT was not fixed although the BT fault site said that both the broadband failure and the telephone failure had been attended to and were now fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I again reported the fault and we are now assured that it will be fixed by the end of the day on the 13th February.&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="240208, Broadband Fault Report.png" style="width: 637px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/83500i14848CEF577D960B/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="240208, Broadband Fault Report.png" alt="240208, Broadband Fault Report.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, all this time we are paying in full for a broadband service and a landline telephone service which are not working.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":angry_face:"&gt;😠&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
