Hi all seem to be ok port 1 flashes intermittently and power and pon are both on the light on the router is blue so no obvious reason I can see why it won't work I have bypassed the bbu and plugged that lead into the modem no change and done hard reset with a pin

Recently upgraded my package to fibre 100 same equipment ie no engineer visit or new hub and now fault light on the battery back up box bbu and no internet connection have tried restarting etc hard reset . I thought that box had nothing to do with the broadband and was just a back up for a power cut but if I turn it off the hub light goes purple not blue . Engineer coming next week but I want it back on asap as I work from home

Presumably the BBU is connected to an ONT? if so, what lights are on that, what colour are they and are they steady or flashing

It does sound strange if the hub light is blue.

What about LOS? that should be out and rock solid, is perhaps flashing once in every blue moon?
