    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I have had to have a new cable fitted externally as decided by Openreach to fix a Broadband &amp;nbsp;connection issue but the &amp;nbsp;new cable which was fitted when I was away sits above ground in my front &amp;nbsp;garden( the old cable was under) . No one at BT nor Openreach seem able to &amp;nbsp;arrange for this to be rectified. Any one any ideas on how I can get this sorted?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So they’ve just laid the cable over the top of the garden, driveway, etc?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m just hoping that was/is a temporary fix to get you back in service until they do a dig to repair a blockage or install duct.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
