    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, looking at previous posts on this site there are a lot of complaints regarding BT FTTP roll out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iam just looking at trying to get compensation for the wasted days off and continued date changes and promised dates of attendance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I orderered&amp;nbsp; Halo 900 in November 2023 A new fibre link was required to my house, witch is no more than 80meters from the box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was completed in February&amp;nbsp; this is were it currenty ends, I am still waiting for an engineer to install the external box, following the trail from order the date keeps changing in increments of 1 month showing no history.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to change the date once due to medical reasons, however, i took a day off on 8th March, a date listed as an engineers visit which they didn't turn up, feeling fed up, I managed after much searching the poorly designed website, i found a number to call a nice lady on this was took my call and i went through my history, she said she had spken to Openreach and arranged for them to attend on the following Monday 11th March...didnt happen!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My latest visit date is the 25th of March, i will expect that to fail as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have always stuck with BT over the years, i am seriusly thinking of terminating my BT contract and looking elsewere i dont remember any form of compensation being offered which i am due.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be gratefull for anty assistence&amp;nbsp; thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the or trail&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the delay and problems you've experienced getting Full Fibre connected. &amp;nbsp;We will be able to check what's causing the hold up and stay with you until everything is up and running.&lt;/P&gt;
