Floppy fibre cable

I had a fibre install done in November 2022.
The cable that comes from a nearby pole to the roof line of my house is fine, but where it drops from the roofline down to the external junction box the cable is no longer fixed to anything. I have a chalet bungalow and the engineers poked the cable under the lead flashing and it's now come out.
It's just a large circle of cable, flopping about in the breeze. It is all working fine but looks unsightly and I assume is likely to fail if allowed to wave about in the wind like it is.

Who should I contact about getting it sorted and would they come out if my broadband is still working ok?
