&lt;P&gt;They could try a factory reset of the hub by pressing the recessed button with a pin for about 20 seconds until the lights flash, but it is possibly a faulty hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Extremely Long Outages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm posting this on behalf of a friend using BT in the Boston area. He is having intermittent outages with BT Broadband and his hub stays on green for hours. Its very intermittent and for the past 2 weeks its been fine and but then it will randomly drop for again.
