    <description>&lt;P&gt;provided you are not on digital voice can you check your phone line for noise by dialling 17070 option 2&amp;nbsp; should be totally silent&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;have you tried using the test socket with a filter to see if that helps connection stability&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broadband Connection dropping</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT broadband connection keeps dropping. The lights change to flashing orange and purple a few times a day for the past several months now. Very frustrating as I work from home too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The area connection seems to be fine and I have tried restarting the Hub too which hasn’t helped.&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
