      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a BT forum , not an Openreach one , &amp;nbsp;you can’t ‘force’ Openreach to do anything , they are a commercial organisation and deploy FTTP when and where makes sense to them , there are ways you can express an interest , and as already stated possibly use the community funded approach ( if you intend to canvas your neighbours ) but you can’t , even if you have a petition with lots of names on it , force anything .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't force anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to follow the process that &lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/46"&gt;@Keith_Beddoe&lt;/a&gt; linked to, then if enough of your neighbours commit to ordering an Openreach FTTP service, then Openreach might consider it if it makes economic sense.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that there is potentially a significant financial penalty for anyone failing to honour their commitment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
