I am having problems with my broadband (E5 area in London), it keeps on cutting out, the lights on the smart hub 2 go from blue to orange every 10-20 mins with the odd purple thrown in.

Engineer came out, checked all equipment & line & everything was ok, he mentioned he had 4 jobs in the same area, he called other customers & found out everyone had same problems & the problems started at the same time, he was confident it must be the street cabinet. He went to check it out & came back to me saying the problem was at a High Voltage Cabinet which needed specialist engineers & that it was only BT broadband customers that were affected. 2 days later BT contacted me saying the fault has been fixed but it hasn't, same problems connection drops after 10-15 mins.

I tried to contact BT again but I just get a message saying I have reported a fault & the estimate fix date is 25th Arpil, its 27th April now!!

How do I speak to someone about getting a update & finding out when the situation will be fixed?.

Thanks.

I find it strange that as all openreach based ISPs will use the same cabinet how electrical interference from High voltage cabinet only affects BT broadband customers
