      <description>&lt;P&gt;You would appear to have had assistance with this before. As far as I am aware chopping and changing the line profile is not something that is just done on a whim or at a customers request.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would need to be more specific as regards why you think changing it would resolve your problem what ever that may be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;just the whole issue ive been banging on about for months . With gaming been like 2 seconds behind everyone else . Is it possible for you to change my WBC profile to super stable / NGA Stable to see how it goes over the weekend ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive had openreach engineers out so theres no fault from the cab to my house . Im thinking its more to do with settings applied to my line rather than a actual physical problem . I do know on paper the speed profile is meant to be best for gamers but ive been on speed and still keep getting into the same issue once the line settles after a dlm reset for example .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What games are you playing where you see this potential lag? Does that game show that you have a latency of 200ms?&lt;/P&gt;

Like ive said in the past … the same equipment the same setup the same servers when ive had settings tweaked to the line its been perfect but when the line settles it goes and undos everything n goes bad &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
