      <title>Broadband line not fitted to standard</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;On Tuesday 4th June, I had broadband fitted, the service of the engineer was good, however the cable fitted in the bathroom runs across the middle of our bathroom wall and is unsightly and inconvenient. I would like another engineer visit in order to rectify this issue, free of charge. I tried to phone to make this complaint but there is no option to talk about this kind of issue and as I have a busy work schedule I do not have time to wait to get through to someone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Please advise on the earliest appointment for this to be fixed.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
