    <description>&lt;P&gt;This has come up a few times. The text numbers that BT use aren't premium numbers &amp;amp; are free to text from your call plan. But the &lt;EM&gt;type&lt;/EM&gt; of number is one that typically is used for premium services. So in order to text BT, you have to have premium texts enabled on your phone &amp;amp; may also need to have an "out of plan" limit on your account set above zero.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems to be that number is BLOCKED by you phone as it is a PREMIUM cost number. I have BT call be about some work they had done and I mentioned it..&amp;nbsp; The guy says he was not aware but he it not in that team that use it...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
