    <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming the problem is not in your house...which you can test properly by doing a speed test with a laptop/desktop connected directly to the router...then there isnt a whole lot you can do other than speak to CS and check if there is any faults on the line that have occurred.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might be worth also checking the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;BT Broadband (btwholesale.com)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It generally gives you an indication of what you can expect and see if it tallies up which what you used to and what technologies exist, VDSL, ASDL etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Very low upload rate</title>
