Very low upload rate

Good evening,

I have been with BT for 2 years with no issues with upload and download speeds then recently moved house to an area with lower speeds estimated between 5 & 8 which has been working fine for the past month but the last week or so the speeds have dropped to around 0.77 to 2.80 max which is currently causing issues while trying to work remotely.

is there away to increase the upload speeds? Back between 5/8 mbs?

Assuming the problem is not in your house...which you can test properly by doing a speed test with a laptop/desktop connected directly to the router...then there isnt a whole lot you can do other than speak to CS and check if there is any faults on the line that have occurred.

Might be worth also checking the following:

BT Broadband (btwholesale.com)

It generally gives you an indication of what you can expect and see if it tallies up which what you used to and what technologies exist, VDSL, ASDL etc.
