      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my internet is blue light but no internet try factory reset try both WiFi and wired it been fine my 2 year old unplug it now we just got is any help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have FTTP (Fibre) and you have a white&amp;nbsp; powers Openreach box on the wall that your hub connects to you could try powering that off for 5 minutes, power the hub down also, leave the hub off and power the white box back on, wait 5 minutes then power the hub back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe some sort of stuck session on the fibre perhaps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then again if you dont have fibre this is largely irrelevant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
