my wifi box keeps flashing purple, there’s only two wire connected to it one is for the power and the other one is for broadband. i’ve made sure everything is plugged in correctly and restarted it a bunch of time out it just keeps on going back to flashing purple. if anyone could help me figure this out it be much appreciated as we use wifi quite a lot in our house and it’s not the best having to use 4g all the time.

If 7 have you checked that the faceplate is securely connected as it can get nudged which affects connection
