    <description>If you currently have FTTC ( fibre to the cabinet ) and FTTP ( fibre to the premises ) is now available, the opportunity to upgrade you is taken if you change your contractual status , upgrade , downgrade, recontracting….so chances are although you have ‘fibre’ you are getting better version of ‘fibre’ and it requires you to be at home to have it fitted .</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I currently have BT Fibre and am switching to&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Home Essential Fibre 2 &amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;from &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;Fibre Halo 3+&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT has arranged for an open reach engineer to install new equipment but do i need to if I already have a fibre connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for your advice&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
