      <title>Flashing orange permanently</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to thank BT for their pathetic services to me the past two months. You decide randomly to cut my services which was a switch to digital voice error. This was eventually resolved and now I'm again without service once it was restored. Permanent flashing orange now for 5 days. BT engineer confirms no issue with equipment (I could have done that) and now openreach booked for Thursday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In total that would be 8 days without Internet. And I work from home!! Not permitted a mini hub to keep me online as I'm quote "not on that package". Shocking. Your losing a long term customer once this gets fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
