    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to run speed test on both the BT app or via BT online . I have tried for a week and just keep getting 'sorry unable to complete test" not helpfull ! I get sent over to faultchecker and still no speed test !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice as my speed keeps dropping and wifi disconnecting far too often !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
