      <title>Download speed capped at 60Mbps - DLM reset required?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems that after my upgrade to Digital Voice and the new SH2 about 4 weeks ago, my download speeds (I’m on Fibre2) are stuck at 60Mbps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to be patient and wait a bit longer for the DLM to kick in, or is one of the BT moderators able to assist in performing a DLM profile reset on my line, please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please ignore the short uptime, this is due to the automated BT checker rebooting the SH2 yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The line has been stable over the last 8 years we had FTTC, although over the years, the download speed has dropped from 80Mbps to now 60Mbps (blaming the old router)…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="PeteB17_1-1722609963813.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/85106i9CE6942E899B7A18/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="PeteB17_1-1722609963813.png" alt="PeteB17_1-1722609963813.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks, Pete&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>60Mbps is fairly typical for FTTC. It's what I get and I've always thought it to be acceptable.&lt;BR /&gt;What speed did you use to get that makes you think your speed has now been capped?&lt;BR /&gt;I'm also puzzled by the Hub details you've shown - these apparently show a download speed of 20Mbps/60Mbps - are you routinely getting 60Mbps measured at the Hub using something like fast.com?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;your connection time is only 17hrs are you having connection problems with line dropping regularly or are you resetting in hope speed improves or maybe both?&amp;nbsp; without a stable connection the DLM will not start to improve your connection automatically&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As stated in my first post, it was the BT automated checker that rebooted my SH2.
