&lt;P&gt;if it has now been corrected on openreach database then don't need ORDI&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Incorrect house number on Openreach and BT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our house has an open reach modem which is connected but it was registered to an incorrect address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Royal Mail has the correct address and the issue has apparently been rectified with Openreach but we cannot currently create a new BT broadband account as it is not appearing on BT database correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can you help - do we need an ORDI?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
