    <description>I think you'll find you've lost your broadband connection. This is nothing to do with your WiFi, which is broadcast within your house from your BT hub, but it can only do this when it receives a working broadband signal from your ONT (your "wall socket"). Your ONT is showing a red loss of signal (LOS) light which shows it has lost its broadband connection. This something that BT needs to get Openreach to put right.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My BT hub has started flashing purple. The wall socket is showing a green Power light, a red LOS light, and both the PON and LAN lights are not showing. I haven't a clue what any of this means other than I've lost my WiFi connection. What can I do? Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
