That's the best service on offer and has been for a few years.</P><P>Openreach have recently been doing work in our cul-de-sac and have installed these boxes on the pole and done plenty of pavement digging...</P><P>Anyone any idea what they could be?&nbsp; Is better broadband around the corner?
