There is no such thing as a Halo3 outage Halo is just a unnecessay add on that most fall for. However there may have been a BT server outage which did not effect EE users. EE & BT servers have not yet been intergrated in many areas but will eventually happen. So not BS from BT.

Hi, I have just had a >30 hour outage on my BT Halo 3 from 00:23 to approx 13:30 the following day. I ran the BT tester which said it was an “Area Problem” and it was impossible to reach anybody by phone (I queued for over 35 minutes).

I spoke to my Nextdoor neighbour, who is with EE, and he had no such issues so “Area Problem” seems like BS from BT…

Can I complain somehow, and seek some sort of compensation for a major disruption to an expensive service?
