are you connecting using Wifi and it is your wifi that is dropping not your actual internet connection?

can you connect using ethernet cable and is connection then stable?

I had full fibre installed about 2 weeks ago and the connection is awful. It's forever going off sometimes for as long as an hour. I've reset the box numerous times but it doesn't make a difference.

Any suggestions pls

Is it the ONT that’s losing a connection?

If so it’s possibly got a High Light Fault.

When I was a CST the threshold was -27dBm at the ONT but ideally it’s wants to be no more than -25dBm.
