Openreach ONT not booting

Internet doesn't work and I see all 4 port lights flashing. What's wrong?

Have you had any lightning?

Turn it off for 2 minutes.

If that doesn’t fix it there should be a pin reset button, hold that in until it reboots.

If it’s still not working ring your provider as it will likely need changing.

Installed and replaced hundreds of them 4+2 ONT’s over the years.

Came across that fault quite often, in fact it was so common we had a nickname for it. Disco Lights of Death or something like that.

Basically yeah, it’s Ducking Ducked Ducked and will need to be replaced.

Good luck reporting a fault through BT.
