    <description>&lt;P&gt;It could just be the power unit, as switch mode power units do have a tendency to fail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If its a 12 Volt one, you may be able to find a suitable substitute to try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hoping someone can help ! Our internet connection has just stopped working today … We have full fibre. &amp;nbsp;The orange light stays on the hub, then starts flashing purple. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The PON/ Los lights are not on - the modem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Logged the fault with BT although they first told me to do the usual switch everything off and on which I have … several times today and tried to tell me there was nothing wrong ! They they ran more tests and are sending an engineer out but the earliest is Wednesday ! I have three teens who are going crazy ! Please help ! If there is anything I can do to fix this myself please let me know !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The PON ( normal working ) or the LOS ( loss of signal ) shouldn’t both be off , it’s usually one or the other lit , which suggests it’s the ONT itself that’s faulty , you could try powering it off and on , that should bring it back to life if it’s possible to do that , but if it’s kaput , as stated until the tech turns up you are stuck ….FWIW , Halo3+ gets a lot of stick on these forums , but in a case like yours , it would have taken over using the 4g mobile network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
